coaching + counseling for increased self worth and embodied creative aliveness

No more abandoning parts of yourself.

It’s time to be fully expressed.

Reclaim your voice, your desires, and your inner rock star.

Build a life that has room for all of you.

Hi, I’m Alissa

I’m here for the misfits, artists, deep feelers, unconventional thinkers who can feel that there’s a much bigger life waiting for them.

The ones who have a voice they’re not fully using.
A creative calling they can’t fully articulate.
A version of themselves they keep trying to make smaller.

That’s where I come in.

I’m a therapist, artist, creative mentor, and professional pattern-spotter obsessed with the place where psychology meets creativity, identity, spirituality, and transformation.

I help you understand the invisible sh*t that keeps you stuck….shame, self-abandonment, perfectionism, comparison, fear of being “too much,” old conditioning, and the endless stop-start cycle…and then turn that awareness into movement.

Your truth/essence/expression is not a problem.

It is a doorway to:

Your sensitivity.
Your intensity.
Your unconventional ideas.
Your desire to create.
Your hunger to be seen.
Your giant vision.

My work is about alchemy: taking the experiences, wounds, limitations, and parts of yourself you've been taught to reject and discovering what becomes possible when you stop fighting them and start creating with them.

There’s psychology here. There’s depth work. There’s nervous-system awareness. There’s creativity. There’s spirituality.

And playfulness.

Sometimes it looks like making sh*t.
Trying something terrifying.
Telling the truth.
Taking up space.
Following the strange idea.
Putting yourself back in the spotlight.

Becoming the person who finally gives themselves permission to want what they want.
