BIO

Alissa Victoria is an up and coming talent on the Central Coast of California. She formed her first band Apathy’s Razor at just 13 years of age, knowing that music was her ultimate passion. She talked her best friend into playing bass and secured a headlining spot at her 8th grade graduation. Her band even got paid a whopping 30 dollars to perform.

She relocated to the Central Coast 20 years ago and began taking songwriting classes at Santa Barbara City College, where she would go into the bathroom and cry before each performance.

Alissa Victoria currently plays folk/indie/acoustic style music, while intermittently storytelling and making fun of herself. She considers herself a late bloomer in the music industry and loves inspiring others by modeling that it’s never too late to follow your dreams. As the lead vocals + rhythm guitar for Emerald Set Fire, she enjoys playing with a full band, but also loves the special intimacy of solo gigs.

She will make you laugh, cry and open your heart. As one of her old roomies told her, “Alissa, you make people FEEL”. Alissa is a champion for other creatives and is a life coach as well as an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist. When she’s not playing gigs, she is probably studying (in her 2nd Master’s Program), riding her dirt bike and enjoying time with her two children, who are thankfully music freaks like her!
